Jiangsu Chunqiu Real Estate Co., Ltd. (Chunqiu reality) is located in Nantong City which is famous as a building/steel construction base and is enjoying convenient with sea, canal, highway, railway and air transportation. Now Chunqiu reality is not only a specialized designer and manufacturer of steel structures, but also a PU sandwich panels, EPS sandwich panels, prefabricated houses, container house producer and seller.
Chunqiu reality was established in 1989 and covers an area of 100, 000 square meters, including 90, 000 square meters of building area as workhop. Our investment was more than RMB1.2 billion(USD1700 million). Now We have 450 employees, 10 senior engineers, 30 engineers, and 40 other technicians, who carried out the designs with national advanced steel structure design software. it is worth of mention that we possess 7 sets of advanced equipment for steel construction, including 1 for beam pillar, 2 for light H steel, 2 for heavy H steel, and 2 for roof construction and Metal Rolling machinery, sandwich panel equipment.
Now, Our annual processing volume is about 100, 000 tons of steel structure, 1500, 000 tons of prefabricated houses, 100 million square meters of sandwich plate and composite plate.
